| 2 Many Txt Msgs Bad 4 Yr Health, Italian Docs Say
ROME (Reuters) - Excessive text messaging may be bad for you, or at least for your fingers.
That's what some Italian doctors think. They are telling people, particularly the young, that furious typing on mobile phones could lead to acute tendonitis.
Italian newspapers La Repubblica and Il Messaggero dedicated about half a page each to the problem Monday. A 13-year-old girl in the northern Italian city of Savona needed treatment from an orthopedic specialist after typing at least 100 short message services (SMSs) a day.
She was prescribed anti-inflammatory medicine and ordered to rest her hands.
According to a recent study conducted for children's rights group Telefono Azzurro, some 37 percent of Italian children are "cell phone addicts." Irritability and mood swings were other symptoms linked to very frequent cell phone use among the young.
The message is clear: MayB U shd stop B4 its 2 L8.

| "I'd say it was possible in the abstract, to be friends with a guy whose 26 years old or younger.... but it's usually really pretty one-sided (i.e. the GIRL thinks it is non-sexual, but that is only her view of things and not terribly accurate - unless she is just homely as all get out or the guy is gay!). The GIRL is always in charge! She can get a guy, almost any guy, if she is willing to have sex. She won't necessarily get to KEEP him (for more then one roll in the hay), but almost any guy (who doesn't have the strength of character your father exhibits) will go for any girl willing to "do it". In fact, that's what often happens...the girl thinks she is IN LOVE...and so says "YES". The guy (who may THINK he is in love) is really in LUST and will lose interest soon afterwards....becoming infatuated with some new piece of arse.... They just aren't mature enough, yet, to know the type of female who'd make them a life mate! But they are usually VERY willing to sample the goods of any attractive female willing to let them!
"I'd say you can/should assume that any heterosexual guy who is age 27 or under who takes a lot of interest in you, sees you as a sexual being first and friend material second. That's the safest assumption, in my opinion. No matter how much they may admire you for all kinds of OTHER reasons.....they're still guys and guys are dogs (unless, as I keep saying, it's someone like your dad, Trey, or my Law (who admits to being a dog in his younger days). It's not an insult or unusual. It's just how most guys are wired, at least while their hormones are on over-drive!"
